The Process
STEP 1: DISCOVERY CALL
Fill out the enquiry form to get the ball rolling and we'll set up a website chat to talk about your exciting new project and how the process works.
STEP 2: ONBOARDING
Once we’ve had a chat, it’s time to get booked in. We’ll discuss dates and find an available build slot that works for you. (This will give you time to gather together your content, copy, and branding etc).
You’ll need to pay a 50% deposit to secure your slot and I’ll send over an on-boarding form so I can get to know your bsuiness better.
STEP 3: WEBSITE WEEK!
Here’s how the website week looks:
We’ll kick off day one with a strategy call to talk through your content, your branding, your vision and your goals. This usually takes about an hour, and then I will get to work creating your home page! This is the first page to be built and I'll send it over to you so that you can review it and check we're on the right path. You will give me your feedback and I will refine it and make sure it’s exactly right before moving onto the other pages.
Then I'll start working through the rest of the pages in the same style as the homepage during the course of the week.
On day five, I will work through your final changes, set up your SEO and test everything. After one last review from you, we’ll be ready to launch.
STEP 4: LAUNCH & SUPPORT
After a revision round to make sure everything is perfect for you, you’ll get access to your new Shopify website. I’ll record a personalised walkthrough of your refreshed store so that you can make future updates quickly and confidently. And you'll have two weeks of support for any tech support needs.
